Our organization is closely following guidelines from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO), and other state and local health organizations. Given that guidance, we have taken the following actions:

  • Effective March 18, 2020, we have transitioned to a “By Appointment Only” model and have increased the frequency of regularly scheduled cleaning and sanitization efforts at our retail location.
  • Implemented a pre-appointment screening questionnaire to identify potentially high-risk scenarios.
  • Reinforced universal precautions for personal interactions and equipment handling, while deploying additional personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary and recommended by local health agencies.
  • Enhanced all customer interfacing controls and practices including use and disposal of personal protective equipment (PPE) as well as promoting “contactless” interactions.

We will review our policies on a weekly basis and will resume normal in-person business hours as soon as possible. During this period, we will continue shipping products and providing customer service through telehealth solutions. Our staff will be available by phone from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday.
